Our interior photographs are created using a blend of ambient light and flash. The final photo has balanced lighting, accurate colours, and a crisp clean look.

Exterior photographs blend a number of exposures to even out the shadows and highlights depending on the sunlight and time of day. Sky swaps are always included for those overcast and cloudy days.*

*While sky swaps are very valuable for home exteriors they don’t always work best when the photo is featuring an ocean view or mountain view.

Drone photography allows us to capture the surrounding area and land size. It’s especially great for acreages and oceanfront properties. As well, sometimes a home photographs best from an elevated level.
